- Large-scale production plants have higher requirements for the material and hardness of construction screws, and it can also be seen from the list of products listed in the project that the product materials we provide are mainly carbon steel; Infastech carbon steel screws are generally made of 1022A, 10521 high-carbon steel, and imported equipment is used for carburizing heat treatment, the surface hardness of the screws is higher than HRC95, the core hardness is up to HRC32–40, the tensile strength of conventional 12-14TY-B screws is greater than 11000N, the shear force is greater than 8000N, and the tensile strength of 3mmQ35 steel plate is higher than 6000N, which is quite excellent compared with general products in the market, and is also more in line with the requirements of Xiaomi automobile factory project for construction screws;
- Among the 4 products shown in the picture, there are obvious differences in head type, rod length, thread and color, which are customized according to the specific requirements of the building and the customer.
- Of course, it is important to note that these products are used in different building areas depending on the surface treatment and salt spray level.
